We built a bespoke RFID tracking system that followed products through the entire supply chain, giving real-time visibility from production to delivery. This was part of a broader Industry 4.0 transition, bringing digital intelligence to a traditionally manual and fragmented niche.

This included building middleware solutions that controlled the fintech layer between major suppliers like SJ and other vendors, combining multi-operator ticketing into unified products like Resplus, and delivering open APIs that the entire industry relied on through Trafiklab. I also contributed to the development and maintenance of Resrobot — one of Sweden’s most used journey planners — ensuring reliability for millions of daily users.
